I'd love to be a part of the management team but I have exams up until the 20th June (though after that I'm on a gap year so I'm completely free).
I'm interested in coding anyway and was going to look into it, same with Languages.
However, I guess I don't really have many skills.
What I can offer is I'm excellent at English so any pitches you need to make, I can write them. I'm also level-headed.
but again,
I'm happy just helping out in any way I can :3

I'm also willing to oversee the more textual (say boring) aspect of site managing like legal documents and rules/terms of conditions but i am not sure whether i'm qualified to donso if i'm not 18.

the teams aren't supposed to be the face, they're supposed to make the site more enjoyable and to work alongside, but under, the Admin. he-who-shall-not-be-named just abandoned us to all his work for him. If every team member left, there'd be nothing. I know they aren't suppose to be the face, but that's what they are as they are more active and do more work than the owners themselves.... there are times tho, that certain people don't act very professionally (not like the owners do either haha) and it creates unnecessary drama. i understand that they are people, and ofc aren't perfect, but as people who are kinda hired(tho they may only be paid in pixel clothes) by he-who-shall-not-be-named, they should be more discreet about their personal lives. we need a better example for users, and we already have a enough problems with he-who-shall-not-be-named sharing his personal info If we had a more active admin who did more work and held events consistently and also updated the shops and the site in general then i think it would be fine Hmm, I get that in a sense but the 'payment' thing isn't true. Most of the pixel clothes are made by users/team members themselves and then shared amongst the teams + users. he-who-shall-not-be-named rarely gives us team items at all, even then, it's not even a full set. I agree with the personal life part but then, we also need people who can communicate with the community well and earn their trust - otherwise, it'll cause a divide same as here. Plus as you say, if it we're our own website, it would be volunteers using their free time - who are human. They would be users too and would want to be able to talk about their lives and get advice when needed, etc. Though I agree, there must be balance |

I'm 18 but don't know shit about stuff like that same here, im 20 but i have no idea about those kickstarter for example. to make this site completely isolated so that ppl can't just run off w/ its funds, how about one person or group of people, admins, make a bank acc, so that the kickstarter can be linked to a secure place only used to fund the site? |
