posting my suggestion here too:
- Admins
- Moderators
- Designers
- "Focus" group, like on gSm. Not different types of teams like on vp, but 1 more big team with different tasks to do, so that it won't be too messy.
And fancy names for every team

I think someone suggested the name guards or guardians for the mods Soul Guardians or something, it would be super cool but then we'd have to come up with fancy names for the others too haha but I like the idea of having a kind of focus roup like on gsm, and the members n there could have the tasks of all the small teams on vp ... like smt, youtube, blogger team, maybe even event team ... you can have them all in one team and some members have a special task like they mainly manage the social media sites or mainly host events, but they cann still participate and help with all the other stuff |

I think there shouldn't be to many badges/teams either. However bringing back the concept of the department/depts like on gSm wouldn't hurt. Not sure if you remember but these were basically club ran by the admins. They had the decor dept, fashion dept and a few more I can't remember. I don't know what features the new site will have but surely we will need writers for so called blogs/news articles. The decor dept would create decors for given tasks and the admins would host decor parties etc. We could have clubs like these too, they shouldn't be as exclusive as the teams on VP, but they should give people the opportunity to do what they like and kind of get encouraged to do things. I also remember that there was some sort of cycle and they'd kick everyone out after a few weeks and start a new cycle. So it can be time consuming.
